Elizabeth Seils, LMSW (pronouns: she/her/hers), is a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience providing individual and group therapy. Her experiences include working in both the inpatient and outpatient setting with adults of differing backgrounds experiencing various mental health concerns. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Washington State University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Toledo. 

 

At Everwell Health and Counseling Services, she provides individual therapy to adults of all ages. Elizabeth’s clinical interests include working with those experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, school or employment difficulties, problems in relationships, and other life stressors. She also is passionate in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, particularly those who may be questioning their identity or navigating intersecting identities and wanting to live more authentically.

 

Elizabeth believes in a collaborative approach to therapy and will strive to create a safe and compassionate space for you to reflect upon and explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors without judgment. Your treatment will be grounded on the inherent belief that you are doing the best you can with what you know and the resources you have at the present time. 

 

Utilizing evidenced-based treatment modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) informed treatment, Elizabeth will work with you on identifying and changing patterns in your thoughts, behavior, and/or relationships that are no longer working for you. She will facilitate the development of additional skills to help you cope more effectively with the difficulties you may be experiencing. Elizabeth also will support you in identifying your strengths and using those strengths to help you cultivate a life consistent with your values and personal goals.

1) What state will you be located in at time of service

2) What concerns/issues that you'd like to work on in therapy 

3) Are you planning on doing self-pay or insurance? if the latter, what insurance provider do you have (BCBS PPO, BCN, etc)

4) What is your scheduling availability (i.e. please share specific days/times windows)?

5) Interested in virtual, in-person, or flexible to whichever is available?

6) Any other specific preferences? (e.g. gender of therapist)
